Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman, Your Base/Flawless, Core Collection, 4 Brushes + Case

As for the Travel Essentials, I only have positive things to say about these brushes. All of the 4 are synthetic and come in a not-so-practical case, but hey, it's free!! About the brushes, I'd say that I have tried them with different textures and products and this is how they work for me: - Detailer brush: I use this brush for concealing only, it states in the box that could be used for lips as well, but it hasn't worked for me for this purpose. I have used it for small areas of my face that require concealing, such as breakouts, small scars from previous acne; but I wouldn't recomend it for under eye covering, as it leaves stripes on the application of the concealer and you have to go over it to blend, so it doubles the job. - Pointed foundation brush, I don't agree with this, as it is very small to use with foundation. However, it does a great job applying a highlighter or even concealing the under eye area; those are the ways I use this brush. - Buffing brush: this is my foundation brush, deffinitely!!! I loev how it feels on the sking and the finish it leaves once the foundation, bb cream, tinted moiturizer is applied, no stripes at all are seen and the application is even and I just love it, probably one of my favorites along with the multitask brush of the travel essentials kit. - Countour Brush: this one is perfect if you want to leave your face with a natural finish after using blush or bronzer, as you work on small areas and it belds the product quite well.

Madre Labs, Omega-3 Premium Fish Oil, 180 mg EPA/120 mg DHA, 100 Softgels

This is one of the most reasonable priced fish oils I have seen, and I trust Madre Labs. The softgels are transparent, normal sized and without taste. To test the fishoil inside, I crushed a softgel between my teeths. As expected it didn't taste particularly nice, but the taste was fresh, meaning that the totox-value is at an acceptable level. The problem with softgels are, that you don't taste the oil inside, and tests have shown, that quite a lot of fish oil softgels contain spoiled fishoil with hight totex-values. This one seems fine though.

Doctor's Best, High Absorption CoQ10, with BioPerine, 100 mg, 120 Veggie Caps

Capsules are regular size and easy to swallow, and I like that the jar has screw cap. The safety seal is a bit too safe for my taste (difficult to remove by hand), but this is a minor detail. The orange capsules are not completely tasteless, but it's OK. I have chosen Doctor's Best, because it's cheap and a well-known brand. I'm perfectly happy with it, and will purchase again when it runs low. I use Q10 every day. Up to 1200mg is considered to be safe level, but high intake can cause stomach problems, and I find that 100 mg/day is a suitable level, considering the high absorption in this product.

The tablets are small and easy to swallow. I also like, that they put in extra 10% at no extra cost. I take mine in the morning, because vitamin D is also known to affect daytime/nighttime rhythm. I'm perfectly happy with it, and will purchase again when it runs low. Depending on where you live, you might want to take 1-4 tablets a day - see below.

Okay this is the best toner I've come across for my sensitive acne prone skin. It doesn't strip the skin its very nice. I like that its a spray pump too. Кератин стоит на втором месте, после воды, в этом шампуне, то есть получается, что у него самая большая доля из активных веществ!

Шампунь мне понравился, густой консистенции, имеет приятный сладкий запах, пенится средне, отлично промывает волосы, аж до скрипа.

Волосы дольше остаются чистыми и выглядят очень ухоженными и здоровыми!

После это шампуня, кондиционер нужен. Я использовала кондиционер от этой же фирмы и ,кстати, кератин там тоже на втором месте.

Mill Creek, Keratin Shampoo / что такой кератин?

Как известно наши волосы состоят из кератина более чем на 85%. Кератин отвечает за необходимый уровень увлажнения, смягчает и разглаживает поверхность, укрепляет структуру волоса. Его действие состоит в том, что он восполняет пробелы, которые появляются на поверхности поврежденных, пересушенных волос. Чешуйки поврежденного волоса не прилегают плотно к его поверхности, и мы это можем заметить невооруженным глазом — волосы при этом не имеют блеска и склонны к ломкости.

Кератин проникает через открытые чешуйки волоса в его середину и таким образом восполняет волос изнутри. Волос, как губка впитывает питательные вещества и при регулярном использовании ухаживающих средств с кератином позволяет добиться красивых, блестящих и здоровых волос.
